My Services

The following are my basic services, but I’m happy to help customize a plan based on your needs. If you’re unsure where to start or if I’m a good fit for you, contact me and we can discuss your options. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • 1:1 In-Person Consultation

    Rates starting at $250/hr

In a 1:1 in-person consultation, I bring my years of experience and expertise to the table to meet with you personally and have a conversation about the challenges you and your child are facing. Before we meet, I’ll ask for some basic information about your situation so I can come prepared to answer your questions. If you want to talk through a layered situation and have the opportunity to ask questions or share concerns in real time, this is the option for you.

  • Personal Phone Call

    Rates starting at $150/hr

Have an ongoing situation that needs an immediate response, or do you dislike writing long emails? A personal phone call is your best option to connect with me. I can walk you through in clear and direct terms whatever the complexities of your situation are, and help make sure you have your questions answered in a quick and timely manner.

  • Personal Email Correspondence

    Rates starting at $100/hr

If you’re struggling with a long-term issue, have a quick question, or just want to run the, “is this normal?” standard check by someone in the know, send me an email. This is more than just a dashed-off reply—I’ll take the time to research, send articles, and make sure you have a thorough understanding of the issue before signing off.

  • Individual Education Plan Review with Written Feedback

    Flat Rate - $200

IEPs aren’t all made equally, and they can be confusing to understand if you’ve never dealt with them before. If you’d like an expert eye to help break down what your students’ IEP means for them, I’m here to translate the special education jargon into clear and simple terms.

Note: I am not an advocate or an attorney. I cannot file legal documents on your behalf, and I will not work directly with your school. If you’re looking for advocacy or legal counsel, FACT Oregon has a wealth of resources for parents and here is a list of attorneys in Oregon that represent parents.

I do not consult for students who are within the Estacada School District.
